চাকরি, কলেজ ভর্তি বা কোনো Professional সুযোগ পাওয়ার জন্য Interview একটি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ধাপ। Interview-এর মাধ্যমে একজন Candidate-এর Knowledge, Skill, Behaviour এবং Communication Ability যাচাই করা হয়।

Interview কী? (What Is an Interview?)

Interview হলো একটি আনুষ্ঠানিক প্রশ্ন-উত্তরের প্রক্রিয়া, যেখানে একজন বা একাধিক Interviewer একজন Candidate-এর সাথে কথা বলে তার যোগ্যতা যাচাই করেন।

Definition:
An interview is a formal meeting where a candidate is asked questions to assess their skills, knowledge, and suitability for a job or position.

Interview সাধারণত Job, Admission, Scholarship বা Promotion-এর জন্য নেওয়া হয়।
